Just Another Text Editor - Version 1.1 Just Another Text Editor (JATE). That's really all it does. Slightly improved file handling, and now accepts drag and drop, and command line printing, using "/p". InstallShield version will replace registry keys for Notepad and make JATE the default text editor for TXT files.
