Lotto PC - Version 2.5 Lotto PC is a lottery number generator intended for use by lottery players. Not only does it generate a random pick of varying groups of numbers, but it can also compare the generated group against past winning combinations. It is handsome onscreen and easy to use. It is not targeted for any particular lottery, and has configuation options which should make it ready for use in any state. The program has several analytical features for making weighted predictions.
